Co-Founder of Crypto Oasis and veteran of IBM in the Middle East and Africa. Co-founder of Crypto Oasis and a 13-year IBM veteran in the Middle East and Africa. Led projects in 23 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Former head of IBM's Dubai-based public sector consultancy division. He has business experience collaborating with the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC), the Arab Youth Center and the Founder Institute as a mentor supporting startups in the region. Also, he established the National Health Lab for Emerging Technology for the Saudi Arabian government and co-authored IBM's first blockchain methodology for government, helping to define the official government blockchain strategy in Dubai.

His primary focus is on Inacta Group with businesses in Tokenisation (Tokengate.io), Securitization (Gentwo), Crypto-Payments (inapay) and Provenance (Proofx). Additionally, Ralf initiated the establishment of ecosystem-enhancing organizations such as the SHED Business Club, DMCC Crypto Center and Crypto Oasis Ventures. He is the founder of CV VC and CV Labs and a founding member of the Crypto Valley Association and the Swiss Blockchain Federation.
