Shahid is a gaming industry veteran best known for his role at PlayStation in transforming the relationship between console manufacturers and developers, where he helped promote indie games such as Hotline Miami and No Man's Sky. Today he is a developer, consultant, coach and author of Code is Just. He has been named one of Games Industry International's top 10 people of the year and 100 influencers in the British game industry, 25 game changers by Develop, one of the UK's 100 MCV lists and received Develop's Publishing Hero award for his team's role in opening up the PlayStation to independent developers.
